"Spencer at Congruence Therapy has been exactly what I needed. The guy is an incredible therapist and goes about helping his clients in a direct but also very laid back fashion, and has really allowed me to discover my own direction and solutions to the things I’m working on. He’s also very experienced and has really honed his skills and craft, while not becoming formulaic at all in his approach. I’m a working professional and I think Spencer fits my demographic really well - he specializes in life transitions, self awareness, and self esteem, but frankly I think he would be great for just about anything.
