My approach as a therapist I think you have all the answers inside of you, just sometimes you need help finding those answers. There are times I’ll go to therapy even though I’m a therapist because I have a blindspots and I need someone else to be able to figure that out. One of the biggest approaches that I have si that I’m never goign to make choices for you. I’m not going to tell you to make option A or option B. What I really try to help you understand is everything that comes with option A – the good, the bad, and the ugly. And also everything that comes with option B, and C, D, E, F. There are lots of different options. And ultimately help you understand everything you’re choosing. Often when we’re looking at 10 different options we look at the best parts of them. But then we take the best parts and then the good, bad and the ugly come with it. So when you’re looking at decisions, I want to help you understand everything that you’re choosing. And also everything you’re not choosing with the other parts. That will come from different therapy techniques, but if you boil everything down that’s what we’re doing.
